The Founding of Redstoneworld

Thejominecraft and the original Redstoneworld

Chapter 1 is both the longest chapter in Redstoneworld’s history and one of its most stable periods. It represents the peak of the original authenticity of thejominecraft, the name under which the project was known at the time.

At the founding of Redstoneworld, thejominecraft was approximately 17 years old, allowing him to already dedicate considerable focus and effort to the project. He created the original founding island, which at the time was simply known as Redstoneworld, and established many of the practices, principles, and structural ideas that would later become fundamental to the project.

The discovery of Redstoneworld

In July 2014, Redstoneworld was discovered by Ij through a newly released 500-subscriber special on the channel. From there, the project was introduced to real-life friends, marking the beginning of a new generation of Redstoneworld’s development.

This period would establish the foundation on which the later Reborn era would be built. Although the project was still relatively small, many of its defining characteristics were already present, including large-scale building and complex creations for example.

The Final Developments

The final contributions of the original founder to Redstoneworld were made on Tower 1 in 2016. This also marked the final build of Chapter 1 according to the Founding Island chronology.

Tower 1 therefore represents the closing point of the chapter’s active construction period and the end of the original founding era of Redstoneworld.

Legacy

The foundation of modern Redstoneworld

Chapter 1 established the original identity of Redstoneworld. The founding island, early construction principles, and many of the project’s practices originated during this period.

Despite the relatively limited timeframe, the chapter became the basis for much of what followed. Later chapters would rebuild, expand, reorganize, and eventually merge the various parts of the project, but the foundations laid during 2013–2016 remained central to Redstoneworld.

Team Progression

There was no organized team during this period of Redstoneworld. TJC mostly worked solo. However, the Themepark had major work done on it by the Darkenya Build Team in the later years of Chapter 1 after Reborn was already started.
